Kunlun Spiritual, Medical & Martial Qigong

One of the Hardest systems to learn and master because of its spontaneous nature.  Kunlun kung fu uses alignment with principles, elements, forces and played through formulas and templates spontaneously.  The former is the foundation while the latter, is the artistic.  The techniques are solid and traditional, not ‘made up’ , but is expressed spontaneously in play.

The nature of play is unlike its foundation.  When we say ‘I practice or I am practicing’, this is a ‘dressed rehersal’.  To ‘do it’ or to ‘do’ does not have enough magic.  The word ‘play’ shows participation, engagement as well as enjoyment, passion, and genuninely wanting to be there.
