Dragon Gate Sanctuary of Honolulu, Hawaii is an internal martial arts school dedicated to the warrior’s enlightenment through the cultivation of wisdom and skill. This is done by continuous exploration and understanding of the principles, characteristics, and transformations of energy. Through the examination of nature, meticulous practice of natural movements, and the study of change and subtleties one begins to see the bridge between philosophy and function. The goal is to unlock all our inner gifts to become vessels of transformation and a guide and example to others through the skillful application of our knowledge in all facets of life. In the Tibetan Bon tradition, wisdom and compassion (skillful action) bring enlightenment.
